Shipping within the EU

We dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been placed, it cannot be changed, so check it carefully before completing the purchase process. Please note that the delivery times quoted are approximate. Once your parcel has been dispatched, we cannot influence the exact date and time of delivery.

Shipping to EU countries >

The cost of delivery will be calculated in your shopping basket. The cost depends on the purchase amount and postal code. Delivery time may vary from country to country.

Please note:

- Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to Guernsey, Jersey or the Isle of Man.

- We only deliver within the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, please see. Information below.

Delivery outside the EU

For deliveries outside the European Union you can use Ex Works. Please note that the minimum order amount for this is €250.

Proceed as follows >

  1. Email your order to our customer service team. They will place the order for you and send you an email with details of how you can make the payment. Please note that a service charge of €50 will be added to the total amount to cover administration and handling costs.
  2. When your order is ready for collection, a customer service representative will provide you with information on the weight and size of your shipment and the address at which it can be collected. Please note that the shipping company of your choice will have 5 working days* to collect your shipment once it is ready for collection.
  3. Once your order is ready for collection, you should contact the shipping company of your choice (e.g. DHL / FedEx / UPS / DPD) to arrange collection of your shipment from our warehouse and delivery to the destination of your choice.
  4. If your shipping company provides you with a shipping label, email it to us along with your order number for reference. This will then be attached to your shipment, together with the packing list of the products you ordered and an invoice. These documents are required for customs clearance across country borders.

* Please note - if the parcel is not delivered within 5 working days, the product(s) will be returned to stock. You will receive a refund of your order, but the service charge will not be refunded to you.
