Refund or replacement of goods
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, within 14 days of receiving your order you can easily initiate the return process via your personal account.

How to make a refund via your personal account

  1. Log in to your account and press "My service requests".
  2. Click "Create a new service request", select your order and continue.
  3. Enter the number of products you wish to return/replace in the "Number of services" field.
  4. Select the reason for the return / replacement and whether you prefer a return or replacement.
  5. In case of product defect, please email us and upload a clear picture to complete your request.


Once your request has been submitted, you will receive an email with further information about the processing of your request. If you need to return an item, please print out a return form and add it to your parcel.
